Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch. Please allow for delays during sale periods and holidays. Please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. Always include a phone number.

For any delivery destinations outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. If the duties are rated bigger than expected or there is any other problem with customs, the country officials need documentation or clarification, you can contact our Customer Service and we are happy to assist you to solve the issue. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the item you purchased, our returns policy allows you to return full priced items sold on rusfrcade.com excluding shipment to our warehouse within 14 days from being dispatched. Sales items are non-refundable. The item needs to be unused and in original packaging with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered, and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

Please email [email protected] for return paperwork. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item. You can either ship yourself directly or the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Customs and duties costs, as well as cost of original shipment will not be refunded.
